Meet Tricia

Growing up in a working class household, Tricia was the first in her family to graduate college. She received her bachelor's degree from Kenyon College and received her masters in social work from NYU.

Upon completion of her degree, Tricia worked for Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney as her Deputy Chief of Staff. She oversaw constituent cases on healthcare, visas, housing, and many other issues and worked on important district projects including the completion of the Second Avenue Subway, opposing the poorly-planned Marine Transfer Station, and making critical repairs to the East River Esplanade. She also served as a representative to the Cornell Tech Community Task Force.

Tricia is the Second Vice Chair of Manhattan Community Board 8, which includes the Upper East Side and Roosevelt Island. She has previously served as Chair of the Waterfront Committee and is currently the Co-Chair of the newly-combined Parks and Waterfront Committee.

In 2017, Tricia founded She Will Rise, an organization focused on building a pipeline of women to become the next generation of leaders in the public and private sector. Tricia serves as Board Chair and organizes meaningful educational and professional development programming as well as community service opportunities for women throughout New York City.

Tricia is a proud Democrat, and chairs the Diversity and Outreach Committee of the Four Freedoms Democratic Club.

Tricia lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, Dov, and their son, Teddy.
